Caden is 20!!

Caden Bryan Frederick!! Our youngest son. Our “wittle one.” Happy 20th birthday! God has blessed us for 20 years with you Caden. You are a precious gift to us and this world. We have always known that and always will. We love you so much. 

Family, tires, cash, truck mirrors and awesome noise reducing headphones.....what’s better than that?! Especially right in the middle of a pandemic! Didn’t stop us from celebrating you with a family pool party. 

Christmas 2019

Happy birthday Jesus! Christmas 2019 was full of all the good stuff as we celebrated the birth of our Lord and Savior. It’s THE best time of year filled with all my favorite people.

Had to include this sweet piece of writing from Caden. Always caring about other people’s feelings. His Christmas wish when he was 6 years old was that his Poppy’s ear would feel better and that his Nana would feel better because her heart wasn’t strong. Mumaw had this hung up as part of her Christmas decorations. It’s the best! My favorite. I love you so much CaCa.

Teresa made all the ladies scarves this year. So nice and personal! 

Christmas Eve poker tournament! Davy won. 

Every year Davy tries to listen to old stories of Christmas on the radio. He loves it so much! He wants everyone to listen with him but it never works out. I think if we all sat around the fire listening with him it would be his greatest gift of all time. Hopefully one day.

Landon is 20!!!

Happy 20th birthday to my favorite nephew Landon!!! We all enjoyed an awesome lunch at Fudruckers. Mumaw was sick and the boys weren’t home from college yet.

I love you Landon! It’s hard to believe you are in your 20s. I can see those chubby little legs and cheeks and that beautiful blonde hair like it was yesterday. You were a precious little boy and are now an awesome young man. I’m so proud of you and how driven you are to succeed at all you do. What a gift! We are all very blessed to know you—especially Alysse and Stella!

Thanksgiving 2019

Thankful for our savior and my family!!! And for the very best husband on the planet. For the best 2 kids I could ever ask for. Caden’s constant joking and Cameron’s lightness. So much more but not enough room.
Thankful for Nana’s dumplings and another Thanksgiving with her. For my mom and Paul’s tireless work to make sure our family has awesome holidays. For witnessing Stella’s first bite of chocolate pie. For Michelle’s unconditional love. For Landon’s quick humor and Alysse’s calm smile. Belly laughs with MIL at IHOP. For Teaching Abby how to stir coffee correctly. For Ella, Sarah, Peyton, and Nikki. For Teresa’s singing while Poppy plays guitar. For watching my adult boys play guitar with their grandfather. For Alex’s sweet heart. For sweet Maddie and the way she looks at Caden. All of our cats. Thankful for my Daddy in heaven. Grateful and thankful.
